'I Killed My Sister, But I Don't Care'

Obdulia Sanchez, an 18-year-old woman from Stockon, California, has been arrested after crashing her vehicle and killing her 14-year-old sister.

An 18-year-old California woman has been arrested and charged in the death of her 14-year-old sister in a drunk driving accident.

A TEENAGE driver crashed her vehicle, killing her sister, while streaming live camera-phone footage on Instagram.

"I killed my sister", Sanchez said in the recording, according to KFSN. A video before the crash showed her singing and dancing along with music as she drove while the two passengers were not wearing seat belts.

Foster said that while certain actions could qualify as reckless or distracted driving, the charges Sanchez is facing outweigh those lesser charges.

Hernandez went on to say, "No one wanted to believe it, it was so insane how desensitized and careless she seemed about someone as close to her as her sister. If you don't survive, I am so ... sorry". I killed my sister, but I don't care.

Police told CBS the white sedan crashed through a wire fence and overturned into a field after Sanchez overcorrected a turn.

Authorities did not know if Sanchez has an attorney.

The California Highway Patrol said Sanchez was driving a Buick Century when it veered onto the right shoulder of a road.

"I think she don't know what's happened", said her father, Nicandro Sanchez, according to KFSN.

Investigators told WFSN they're still looking into the crash, notably whether Obdulia phoned 911.

Obdulia Sanchez is detained at the prison, John Latoracca of the county of Merced, who is suspected of driving impaired causing death.

The video since has gone viral on the Internet after Stockton resident Mary Hernandez said she saw the video and reposted it. Jacqueline Sanchez died at the scene.

"He said he hasn't spoken to Obdulia but he believes she knowns she did something wrong but doesn't know what happened".

"At first I was skeptical, but the more people reached out to me, then her cousin confirmed it was her".

Meanwhile, her family has set up a GoFundMe account to raise money for Jacqueline's funeral arrangements.

They say the casualty, Jacqueline, should commend her Quinceanera (fifteenth birthday celebration) on Sunday.
